Damages If for any circumstance your OIL package arrives damaged due to improper courier handling please contact us ASAP via the contact submission page of this website – we will work with you to amend the damages and most importantly to make you feel good and satisfied.

Returns Not happy with it? Return it. It’s easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within the next 7 working days after arrival, remember you must send it back with the original package and all included items. We will refund your full purchase price, less shipping and handling. If the box; the certificate; or the drawing is damaged or missing unfortunately you will be not refunded.
